About the Immune-miR Database
Immunemir is the first available database of immune specific miRNA disease associations with network visualization environment. The database includes miRNA targets and its PPI data in the interactome. In addition, this database has a specialized collection of immune target genes. It is seamlessly providing the search options such as search by miRNA, search by gene and search by disease. Gene search and disease search prioritizes miRNA based on the topological features and ranks them based on mir-score. It is also provided with network visualization of target gene and immune gene network.
